BGS Technic 74590 is a professional 2-piece Special Impact Bit Socket Set designed for loosening wheel bearing screw connections in aluminium housings with the drive shaft installed.
The set features M12 internal spline (XZN) output profiles and a 12.5 mm (1/2") square drive. Its extra-slim construction and tapered shaft are designed to provide better access in confined installation spaces.
The set is suitable for applications involving 4-link axles with 72 mm clearance and McPherson struts with 115 mm clearance, making it particularly useful for automotive repair and maintenance applications.
The set contains two special bit sockets: one 115 mm long and one 72 mm long, providing different reach options for VAG vehicle applications. The tools are manufactured from Chrome Molybdenum steel with a phosphated surface finish. They are intended for manual operation.
